Italian pasta means perfect “al dente” texture, authentic flavour, and delicious pairings with sauces. Pambac Grano Duro brings this tradition into Romanian homes through pasta produced 100% in Romania, made from carefully selected Romanian durum wheat.
We use Triticum turgidum var. durum, a golden-grain wheat with a high protein content that gives the dough superior firmness and elasticity. We mill it in our own mill, process it on our modern production lines, and transform it into hearty, boil-resistant pasta that holds its shape and absorbs sauces perfectly.
